salary package - 30000 - 75000 AED Our client who specialises in Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) contracting field is now recruiting for a General Manager to be based in dubai. The GM would need to be in the lead position in his field and will be the most senior person + decision maker in the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: The General Manager will manage the operational and commercial performance of the organization. • The incumbent will have responsibility for ensuring all contracts are completed on time and within budget. • They will have responsibility for the recruitment and management of staff. • Monthly reviews of the contract performance would have to be reviewed. Skills & Qualification The General Manager must be able to demonstrate a record of new business development in the region with atleast a minimum of 5 years experience in the Middle East in the MEP enviornment. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will have a 3rd Level qualification in the Mechanical and Electrical field and at least 10 years post qualification experience in the MEP contracting area.
